Dear People,
It is always recommended to ask and see whether a company is right or is it ok to join that company. But dont ask or see for ferrero India pvt ltd (South) It is hell here, people dont have the feeling for their family or others, they alway want their people to work on sunday. I strongly say that not even the MD of the company has the rights to make the employ to work on holiday. But why it is happening in South....

employees treated as slaves
ferrero india is making it's employees life a hell. they are forced to work for around 12 hours a day and on the top of that the weekend holiday is just for namesake.there is no saturday or sunday for these poor souls.
sincere advice to people who are planning to join ferrero: If you don't have family or friends or anything to do except work like a slave please go ahead and become a ferrero employee....

No Holidays even on Sunday
The company head just want all the staff to work even on sunday. Is there any rules where we can fight against it. Because of this all the staff are upset....
