Working on sunday — Pvt. Ltd. Holiday
28-3-10, Sunday is Bangalore election tht even sunday is there an Holiday for Pvt. Ltd. Compaines.But i don we are working on sunday how do we act for this pvt. compaines.
is there any where we can take action that should not effect on me.

I had received a box of chocolates from the website gifts to India on 3rd july 2012 as my root canal treatment was going on recently i opened up the box and thought of enjoying the sweets but to my horror the nut in the sweets were 2 bad i made a complaint to the website executives but they said we are helpless now just let me know where to send the box of sweets.

I was checking online about the reputation of the company and this is what I found
Very bad company now
Hi everyone,
I work for this Italian company called Ferrero India. Although a very big and reputed company worldwide it is a company in India because it is managed by foreigners.they give various gali to Indians everyday.full of racism.They treat Indian employees like door mat. Even if you are 10 years experienced they will make u report to one 3 year exp foreigner.they talk only Italian infront o[censored]s .they have created this divide between Indians and foreigners.It feels bad that in our India we are treated like this by these foreigners All the decisions are taken by them and Indians are only for execusion.The new MD everyday publicly says I dont trust Indians.All good policies and processes of past have been changed only to trouble Indians and benefits them. People are fully demotivated to come to work in last 4 months with new management of junior Italians. All the good reputation built for this Inda company is gone now. I sincerely advise people not to join this racist company I'm very happy as I have resigned and leaving now.
