The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

I am Bikram Singh from Pune. I have subscribed FI-ADVISOR few months before. He is given Fraud call, i have loose few lacks.
Once i have visited FI-ADVISOR office in Delhi, Model Down.
Very SHOCKED that time. Because he is running one Bokeing FRANCHISEE. First he given calls their Franchisee clients all are bought shares then he given calls to FREE client & paid client. Automatically 1 or 2 rupees up first Franchisee...

Don't pay Fi advisor, he is very fraud fraud...
