2009 September me 2.50 lakh ki 8 id 4 meri Tarik baig or 4 meri wife kaniz fatama ke naam ki total 20 lakh rupye invest kiya fine india me. par paisa invest karne ke baad compani ne fraud kar diya.ek bhi paise wapas nahi mile.meri id mere paas hai.compani ki web site se poore record nikalwa kar jiske jitne paise hai check kar ke sabko byaaj ke saath wapas dilwaya jaye.nashir khan or uski compani dwara kiye gaye fraud ki paisa wapasi ki jimmedaari...

Please refund my invested amount of id 10058146, 10065334 and 10152195....

After giving so many reminders, i have not received a single penny. I have been calling and checking the site as well as calling it's distributor but no response received till date.

Kindly let me know the status of court case and how will i get my money back.

We invested an amount of 10, 000rs, we got an intrest of rs 3, 000 per month for 3 months, after that no intrest were given, when we enquired the company they said that there company has case on it so only the intrests are not given. N after that we dint got any information about the company or about the case on it or what was the conclusion of the case in the court...

4 years ago i invested more than 2 lakh rs in a compnay fine india, who was claiming to give 10 percent intrest on invested money every month, but i got the intrest for only few months.. After that company said rrb has filed case on us, and all our money is sealed in banks,... So from 4 years i am not having any intrest, even my principal amount is not refunded. Company is saying that we are fighting the case in court, but there is no any...

Sir, This is kamala from Tamil Nadu.I had invested ₹ 100000in fine India long back.I haven't received any interest so far.Being a cancer patient we struggle a lot for the treatment.The invested amount along with interest would really be helpful.Moreover we belong to a middle class family.I shall be grateful if someone help me getting the amount back...

Hello Sir., I m one of the Invester of Fine India and past two years they didnt gave any money... The amount collectors r taking the money and buying homes and cars in Secondary names. If they buy home, cars and land in their names and they transfer all the properties in other names for their safety... Please take necessary steps to refund the amount......

sir, the most fraud company of india The Fineindia company , who promised to pay an interest @10/month to their customer is now not paying the the principal amount to their investors.in this respect several complaints has been lodged but all are in veins. now plz help us so that an appropriate action can be taken against them so that they and their pickpocketers may be brought under the court of law....

I invested Fine India Rs.10,000 I got 3000 by way of 1000 each month 3 months into my savings account with SBI.After that I was not getting any amount. I sent request to refund my money but no reply from their end. Till date from the past 2 years I was not getting any reply any money refund.

I deposited Rupees 10000/- in march 2009 but whereas i am not getting any commiccion since beginning, When made contact with fine industries its stating that the case in court will sorted very shortly but still case has been not sorted out
Need the guidance ohter wise i will move to court...

Fine India ek fraud company hai ,iske saare director fraud hai.Is company ne sirf public he nahi govt k saath bhi fraud kiya hai.is company ne pichle do saal ka balance sheet ROC me submit nahi kiya hai is k alawa tds ki chori ,vat ki chori.Pure k pure chor hai.
Ab ye company or iske director fraud karne ka kanaya tarika nikal liya hai,Ab ye naye naam se company khol rahe hai.

Don't worry about fine india. From Jan 2010 company starting with new website. All fine memebers will get their pay outs regularly....

I have invested Rs 50,000 in Fine india in month of April and i got 2 months pay out and then onwards i didn't get my pay out. Every time when i call they tell some idiotic reasons regarding pay out.Please look into this....

I have not recd. my comission for the last four months and also my Uplines are ignoring & misguiding me with false promises inspite of requesting them frequently...
