I ordered fireboltt talk smart watch from fireboltt's webstore, while i was making payment of that online, payment was successful but the order confirmation didn't shows in there website it shows that there is no orders .
Very poor payment interface of there website leads to this type of problem .Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. I am a student any Rs2374.05 means me a lot....

As per company policy, the refund should be processed within 7 working days but I don't see any response from the Firebolt team. I have contacted Firebolt multiple times via email and call but I don't see any concrete response from the team.

We purchased a smart watch with order id 24925 which was delivered on 9/11/2021.
The smart watch is not functioning properly.. it's bluetooth gets disconnected again and again making it difficult to work properly. Even it works at a distance of 6 inches from the phone. I have tried with three phone and got the same result. Also its movement sensors are not working. I am unable to use it as a calling watch.
