The tenants living in the ground floor of the flats have a dog which cries all day long and everyone is having problems with it. Think about the old lady she can't even sleep at night because of the dog. Lot of times asked the them to get rid of their dog but they ignore everyone. We live in a flat where the water tank supplies the water for 4 person per family.. But one of the flat owner rented his flat to a tenant where there are more than 10 members living.. And we are totally disturbed by the water supplies.. The secretary of flat has issued a notice on a letter pad of the flat.. But the owner of flat is not taking any action....
