[Resolved]  Flat Owner — ILLEGAL FORFEITURE OF SECURITY DEPOSIT BY FLAT OWNER IN GURGAON

SUBJECT:Using illegal abusive and unlawful means to forfeit the SECURITY DEPOIST by the owner forcefully even the notice period is served for one month,this is a grave misconduct and criminal offence to harass a female tenant who has paid all month rents and every expense w/o default for the apartment and her whole family with senior citizens are mishandled and abused and insulted by an LT Col from Army Inderjeet SIngh Mann in Gurgaon Devinder Vihar Residency

With much grievance and gravely upsetting conditions faced by me and family I am raising this criminal offence done against me a Fenale resident of Gurgaon Army Residency in Sec-56 on 7th June 2013.

I am a working professional with decent back-ground and staying in the flat of Army residency for 5 years.I

I was ousted from the flat very illegally by using man force using abusive insulting and crimal terminlogies to throw us away from the flat by the owner who is Lt Col in Indain Army,such criminal army perosnnels should be termintaed from Indain Army right away for doing such a cirme.

Even he has managed to thearten me by sending army guards to break my lock at around 11:30 pm at night on 11th April 2013 of my flat when I was alone in flat they wanted to break my door this is just another of his criminal offence to make me feel insecure and harass me mentally.I consider this as a grave crime in the eyes of law who are considering female safety in D-NCR with so much strictness still in aarmy society such crimes are done with full opness and any danger to their dignity because a feamles diginity is always at stake.This nothing but attemp to RAPE.

Coming to my point when I have given proper 1 month noitice in may 2013 and as per schedule vacted the flat on 7th june 2013 but landlord forcibly has forfeited the SECURITY DEPOSIT of 2months around Rs16000/- without proper reasoning and giving threatings that he will only pay after damages which were already existing for last 5 years when i took his flat on rent which was already under shambels that time only.

That time he managed to fool by telling it will be done over my staying period in the flat.But it was never done because the game plan of forfeiting is alawys in his mind so that he dont pay out of pocket expense.He is a balck-sheep in the name of ARmy Officer who has such perverted and criminal ,mindset to harass a women tenat and harrass her financially mentally and even send guards to theaten her with security issue of attempt to RAPE her.

I have proper Rent agreemants to support all the clauses menioned herein where none of the agreement claues were met in those 5 years but only forfeiture is highleted while vacating the premise on 7th june 2013.This is a grave misconduct by Government ARmy Offical-A shameless ACT.

Now the striking part is that the landlord hasn't provide me with a rent agreemnet for last three years even after requesting for the same many times though he always increased the rent of 10-15% every year withou paying attention to get the infrastucture of his flat done every 11 months of nrenewal of agreement
Alsa he is such a scrupulous person with ARmy co,ming from decent background claimed by him only-with his falling flat totally under seepage which was never white washed never repaired for last 5 years.
Even he never paid maintanence amount which he clubbed with the Rent Money so we had to face the wrath of his Devider Vihar Society and I have intimated it many times to him for his name being in defaulter list.

But all goonda-gardi because he is from Haryana and part of some crimial local gang.


Now for his 5 years back commitmment to get the flat repaired is not done ever from his side so he made illegal excuse to forfeit my secutiy deposit money for repairing his age old portion which is nowhere a clause in the rent initilal rent agreemant.

All these acts for me are higly crminal offence and requires to be higly escalated to the highest officials possible to get back my legal SECURITY DEPOSIT money refunded by this month only because it is almost 1 month that we vacated his flat in C-4014,Devinder Vihar Society.Sector-56 Gurgaon. Haryana.

This complaint is for your immediate attention,suggestion and action.
