The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

TDS certificate
Company has never ever denied to give TDS certificates to anybody. But for that one should have proper evidence and must have pan number and also has to encash the cheques.

Regarding not receiving Form 16 from HDFC Bank (centorion bank of punjab)
Myself Ramesh Kella i am having complain against hdfc bank(centorion bank of punjab) regaring Form 16.
I was working in centorion bank of punjab and want Form 16 from 1st APRIL 07 TO 6th FEB 08 (last date of my working) but were not providing me Form 16 so many mail was done but not a single reply from their side please help me regarding this problem.
Do needful as soon as possible.
