Complain about offer letter

I got selected in Fujitsu in August 06, 2016 in Bangalore Yamlur road office and i got Letter of Intent from this company in same day and i got confirmation mail after 7 days ki congratulation you selected in our last round of discussion and please send required documents after i have sent all the required documents, it is already two months gone still i did not get offer letter from this company. Peoples are just faking and they are playing...

I am using Fujitsu AH531 model laptop.its under warranty.some days back problem with booting windows stars.when i called to Fujitsu customer care they simply answered that it is Windows 7 problem so we cant assist you and we will provide service for hardware issue only.
but i requested them that it is problem with Hardware not with windows.last i went to service center and they found that its a problem with hard disc its Toshiba 500GB...

Hard Disk Crashed- DATA TO BE RECOVERED

Address:North 24 Parganas, West Bengal

IMMEDIATE SERVICE REQUIRED.

Please note I have One HP LAPTOP with FUJI Hard Disk.

Suddenly the hard disk has been crashed & all the Official Data is at risk.

DATA RECOVERY from the existing Hard disk is very urgent.

Not getting proper response from M/s FUJI & they are not at all lifting phone calls for a proper resolution.

Kindly look into.
