I had booked my household items through Gati docketno.[protected] on 4.4.15 and same delivered in damaged condition on 8.4.15. I lodged complaint on same day and it was closed without any intimation on 15.4.15, later on after several followups, it was opened and I submitted all documents. Survey got done and against claim of Rs 30000/-, they agreed for Rs 22000/- and that is too pending till date. Today when I contacted their toll free...
