Hello...
My self Puneet Kaushik R/o Bawana Village, Delhi-110039.
I sold my car to a person named with Gaurav ahuja S/o Rakesh ahuja on 04/09/2014 in Rs. 35000 cash and rest Rs. 46000 by cheque the cheque date is 15/09/2014, but when i drop the cheque in bank it bounced and from that day Contact number proivided by Gaurav Ahuja ([protected]) is going switched off.
I get fraud by him now i reported this matter to police station but they...

who is to be blamed for it ????
if such factories are in residencial areas why one should go to industrial areas
