I have bought a GEM washing machine online through Flipkart on September 7, 2015. It is still under warranty. I have placed a complaint to the company email id provided online on January 3, 2016. One technician came after almost 1.5 weeks to inspect the machine. He said washer needs to be replaced and he has placed order for part and will replace within 2 days.
