Gilma chimney Complaints & Reviews

HI I purchased a Gilma Chimeny in october from gachibowli branch. While purchasing, they said its a life time warranty. After two months usage, suddenly some sound came from chimney and its burnt. I have raised a complaint to them. They have taken my chimney for repair and it almost two months completed. When I call them ask, they will say that maximum 48 hours we will repair and will give it to you. This is happening from last two months....

I purchsed Gilma Chimney 2 years back. It gave good service for few months and then started making unusual noise.
I complained to Navakar Enterprises, Stree no.8, Habsiguda and followed-up for a couple of weeks but no use. Nobody attended the complaint.
I enquired for Solar water heater and requested the Showroom person to inspect the site. Even for that nobody turned out.
I am very much disappointed with the service...

We bought a Gilma Chimney 1 yr back. Ever since we bought the chimney is not functioning. The issue was told to us is Electric fault and we took the word as we shifted to the new apartment. We hired 2-3 electrician to understand the actual issue. But, Everyone said it is fine.

I had purchased a Gilma chimney (stylo model) in Dec 2007. From September 15th onwards i faced a problem with the speed switch and contacted Gilma service center for replacement of the same. In the first place, i found that they are very unreachable. And from the last 5 weeks, I am being told that the the parts are out-of-stock. I have made atleast 1000 calls and wasted a lot of time talking to them. This has caused me a lot of incovenience....
