we have purchased the Gilma by Serial No.125, dt.[protected] at your Ameerpet Show Room of Hyderabad.
Please note compaint No.3-2827, dt.[protected] and again reminded on[protected]. Your Customer Care personnel informed that it will take at least 5 days to attend and it was extended till[protected]. and then the duty reported to be handed to others and their complain No.75, dt.[protected].. These people are informed to come on 12th and till now no one turn up till this mail sent to you.
Please take immediate action and advise to your Customer CAre Centre for speedy attendance.

Gilma chimney — Unit is Not Working
Dear Sir,I have been cheated by this company Gilma, they have delivered a defective unit of Gilma Chimney on 18.05.2009, which works rarely, Immediately after a month (i.e.) on 15.06.2009 of purchasing, the motor ceased from working and they had to replace the motor, But my troubles didn't end there..
Later again on 5.10.2009 (i.e.) after four months, we faced similar problems, and after our repeated requests, finally one day a mechanic turned up and removed the entire unit and left it at a corner of the house, we have been desperately requesting them to help us, by replacing the UNIT or pay us the money back, However unfortunately there was NO response to our continuous pleas through Phones and Emails from either the Company or the Local Agent
This Cheating by Ms. Gilma has caused me Extreme Mental agony and Hardship
I request the Authorities to Intervene in the matter and provide me with Justice
