I have not received my courier...

I am travelling from Sheakhala to Kalipur by SBSTC BUS On 20.01.2023. The conductor take Rs20 as far. As I am a daily passenger, I know the original fare. It is Rs 18.
So, I ask the return but conductor making misbehaving and threatening in loud voice. Is this work culture of a franchise bus conductor? What is the CMD's remarks in this issue?

The elections r over but still my family & myself havenot yet received our Voter's ID. Was told by the officials that it will be delivered at my residence but hasn't been yet. Sent over a person to get the id along with authority but in vain.

I, Balakrishna applied for and received the PAN card with the number AFUPT7718K.But issue is in the diplay name my last name
has been printed "TAGELLAPALLY" instead of TANGELLAPALLY here letter 'N' is missing.

Since there was a spelling mistake in my Father name in the original pan card issued in 1996, and the same also got damaged, I had applied for a new pan card with the same pan number. I had submitted the form "Request for New PAN card Or/And changes Or correction in PAN data" on 10.07.08 at chennai UTITSL and the coupan number was[protected].
So far I have not received the pan card. With best regards
