I order one fantastic gown from gownholic i wanted to wear for brother wedding. But they sent me 3 cheap 3rd class sarees even my grandmother refused to wear it. Horrible website.. Material cheap.. Fakeeee.. I don’t want money but plz take back sarees!! What should i wear? Only 1 brother i have ma. Fake people i heard... Fake promises and allll you shouldnt doooo!!!...

I had ordered a gown but instead of it I received a cheap saree. I called up on the customer care number bt of no use than I called up on a landline number and same thing happened .I had mailed you many times but no response from your side.i was expecting to wear that gown on my brother's marriage, but wasn't able to wear it and the saree I received instead of that gown was so so cheap and disgusting .I want you to please return my money..This...

I had ordered a floral gown but on delivery i recieved a saree which is of very cheap nd 3rd grade quality... I paid 854 rupees... On trying to get in touch with website there seem no response and not able to return the product... As i tried getting in touch with delivery people even they are just giving different numbers to get in touch and now when i browsed i realise everything is just a fake and bogus site who are cheating people... Shame...

This website company https://www.gownholic.com/ is a total fraud. Few days back I order a Gown for my Friend but She end up getting a poor quality Saree. Ones I try call them or send them SMS I have not got any response from there end.

After 2 days they called me back and said they need My debit card details to refund me the money back.

So Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Ordered one gown and one long kurti on 26th of sep 2018 total costing 1602 inr which got delivered on 2nd of oct 2018 upon opening the parcel, it had thee cheap material saree which was not expected as the desired product. Kindly refund the money as i am not interested in doing any sort of business with a company who's main intention is to cheat the customers. Kindly get this matter resolved as soon as possible....

Sir, i have ordered a designer party gown from gownholic which i got delivered was completely different from what i ordered. Cheap material and even the colour is not same. The pattern is not even same, it's simply plain cheap material which is not even worth for the money i paid. Kindly take into notice this matter and do something so i can return the product and get refund. Thank you....

The product which i ordered is not the same which i have received and from my side it is not acceptable so as a good online market company i hope you will take it back and return my money. I want it to be done as earliest because i guess your delivery service is fast so expecting that returning service will also be good enough.
