I ordered 1 saree on http://www.gownholic.com against order no. 54935. But received today 3rd class cheap quality saree.. Please help me return my product as this site. (Rs. 499/- 041)
I paid rs.640 amount. Courier name is xpressbees... Customer care are not receiving call. I'm very tried to calling...in @www.gownholic.com.. worst site. I want my money back. Please help what to do.

Hello i was ordered one designer party gown rs.- 641/- including shipping and other charges. But the company sent third quality saree instead of one party gown. Plz help me to get my cash back and take action to this cheating company because i don't know how many customer will be cheated from this company.
Pls. Take necessary action and refund my cash, i will send that third class saree to the company address.

We have ordered online saree based on the details of the website and the product description. We have opted for cash on delivery option as we were ordering from this site first time. Product reached and to our surprise the item was something else other then which was ordered and when its opened its used old saree with damages. I have ordered a gown from gownholic worth rs640 around and i got a saree in place of a gown and also it's a damaged and torn saree, but when i was trying for a return and cancel this product, there was no way in the website to cancel it, neither any contact number, i really got angry and frustrated and furious over them, since it's a sign of a fraud company, and i can't tolerate this thing, i just want my money back, if i don't get, i will...

Please return the money and take ur product back, very cheap product. I want to return the product and get the money back. I ordered for a saree which was shown in the picture really nice, but i got a very cheap product which does not worth the money... So i need the product to be returned and want the money back... Ur company is really fraud... Give my money back......

I found their is no proper contact details nor the mail id to contact those people but through online market place this site has taken a place with updating the pics of gowns, tops and frocks and making people as fool.

If its fraud please do take an action on this....

I ordered a saree on 29/07/2018 of rs 640 from gownholic site but today i received delievery of a completely different saree which is of cheap quality. There is no contact number or any return policy mentioned on their site. Please help me in lodging a complaint and getting this product returned as they are just befooling people by sending wrong and cheap products.

I ordered 1 gown and i got delivered 1 saree and very cheap quality i want to return this product and refund my amount plzzzz and i wll not order any product from this site... Tht is not a good quality product i just want to return it and it's totally different from what i ordered... Sir, i have ordered a designer party gown from gownholic which i got delivered was completely different from what i ordered. Cheap material and even the colour is not same. The pattern is not even same, it's simply plain cheap material which is not even worth for the money i paid.
