Lalit here, I was concerned seeing the consumer complains about Graphtech Bpo though they stood against it each time & came out clean..hence we decided to move ahead & work with them. In that I started off with their PDF to DOC process with just 500 pages where I paid upfront of rs 2,000 as a consumer & surprisingly I found that they stood by me through out the TAT. They worked on my doubt files each time I had doubts & also...
