Guest houser and booking.com never responded after the payment for confirmation of the property i booked in shillong. I repeatedly kept calling and sending mails to send me a confirmation after payment but got no response. I got a mail after a month saying its cancelled due to non payment. I again tried calling them and yet again, no response.

I have booked a stay thought guest houser on jul 1st and the host has rejected the dates after my payment. Guest houser has promised me to give the money back within 7 working days. It has been months after the same and i am yet to get the amount credited. Also there is no response from the customer care, everytime they disconnect the call saying the person looking at the particular request is on leave. I am really disappointed...
