Subject : cancellation for booking & false commitment

I was waiting for you call last 20 days, as you promised you will get back to me. I am sending you request for cancellation please refund paid amount.

As already informed you, location of the property is far from beach on the other side we are now 4 person. We do not want to pay for extra room without need.

We have given you many request for 2 bed room service apartment but all was not available, so we came to know finally you are selling only ram bangla @ goa, we had shortlist few service apartment with your travel executive after spending more than 5 hrs but no result found because you do not book apart from ram bangala, every option he provided us from ram bangala and far from beaches..

We founded you have false committed to us. https://www.guesthouser.com/properties/rooms/50093, this property under maintenance or already booked but we found same property was available for same date on the other travel website (Airbnb.com) and we booked because luxury 2bhk villa @ candolim is near to beach. If you directly say to us we are not talking booking for this property, we will try find on other website, you can see check into our booking history, as i know you will sought out this complaint here with out i need to go other forum or reviews website..


Finally i am expecting guesthouser.com will take action and refund our money...
