Guest houser and booking.com never responded after the payment for confirmation of the property i booked in shillong. I repeatedly kept calling and sending mails to send me a confirmation after payment but got no response. I got a mail after a month saying its cancelled due to non payment. I again tried calling them and yet again, no response.
I went to shillong to check out what was wrong with the stay at the given location, but found out it doesn't exist!
I am never using booking.com nor guest houser ever again. And i request the same if to everyone reading this, coz you dont want to lose your money.
