I will sat that no one ever picks the phone, and if you are lucky enough they will pick the phone after 50-60 tries and will speak in a tone as if they are doing a favor by picking our call. They dont have even baisc etiquettes to greet the customer, very unprofessional.
In addition they asked me to come to submit aadhar card number which i dont have. and didnt book my gas until i give them in written that i will apply for adhar asap, very...

Guruprasad Indane is a very bad agency that knows nothing about customer service. They take more than 5 days to deliver cylinder. I would request this complaint to reach them and whoever is reading this please let your friends family know about this . No one should book new cylinder with this agency then only they will understadn value of customer service....

Poor service, no cooperative
Since 5 days, I am waiting for cylinder which I booked by going personlly.Furthermore, I have also applied for 2nd cylinder which was approved but nobody has informed me for the same.
