Yesterday (04.11.2019) delivery 4 trousers pants, awb [ya13140477in], on cod basis order id:14488, i’m ordered 4 trousers pant, rupees of 1300 …and their size 32…but after delivery i’m surprised that not my size …and colour also changed and product is old and damaged... Please return this product…and refund my amount 1300

I ordered 4jeans paint size32 dated 04.08.2018 from facebook and after sometime a girl call me about my order. Then i ask about Jeans material she answered 100 percent perfect. And she told that 10days return policy. After that i ordered and i receive 09.08.2018. When i open the parcel i saw that Jeans are very big in size and material quality is not good. so i want to return my JEANS COMBO 102. Please refund my 1300 rupees.

I made a order of trouser combo of size 36 but they send me size 30 this is not fit for me and quality of product is very poor so kindly replace the product if it is not possible refund my money my money my contact no [protected] my order no is 14429 i have made a e mail to concerning website and also trying to customer care number but customer care person does not responding so kindly resolve my issue as early as possible...

First of all i ordered my product trousers combo. Then a girl called me on phone that is she is talking to sachin. Then i said yes. Then she asked that he ordered for trousers combo. I said yes. Then she asks my address and landmark for confirmation. I asked her about the return policy then she said if he wants to return then he can mail us on the website given on product packet...

Size of shirts is very small as written size is 42 the stuff is not cotton and colour of shirts is not so good. L want to refund money as i do not want to buy this product. Please refund my money. Size fit issue is there. No proper size. You should make proper size or not misguide customers. You misguide people by showing wrong products on social sights...

Truly shocked to see tht hw careless the company is working. I ordered three trousers offer of rs 900/-. The size which i ordered was 38 but when opened size is 36.in colours which i ordered khakhi col is nt there. But truly disappointed of size. So at present i want the size which i ordered. Please look upon this issue nd try to resolve at earliest so tht i get my right size order nd colour...

So i tried to state the same by complaining them on their email which was mentioned on package, but it is a wrong mail id. And also no customer care number is mentioned. I just want my refund back. I have received bad quality of shirt and three of them are of same color and i have got all those shirt short in size also the quality i found was not also asper shown in the ads.
