I am Nitesh Goyal, raising a complain against the traffic police of fatehabad( Haryana) for towing my car.
My car was parked near SBI bank main road fatehabad and one constable comes with crane and tow my car in front of me. I requested them multiple times that i am moving my vehicle if it is wrongly parked but they didn't give a chance to me to move my vehicle, they just tow the car in the presence of me.

We were wrongly stopped today (March 5th, 2019) on the highway near sonipat, 10:30 am. One police officer rawinder (Wearing khakhi police uniform) accused us of overspeeding. We asked him to show us proof, since we had been driving under 90 and mostly around 80, thus being confident that we were not overspeeding. He became aggressive and called us to the traffic police van. They couldn't produce any proof and asked us to leave.

On 6th April'18 at 6:40 pm at Gurgaon Delhi toll, 2 traffic policemen along with Gurgaon police named HIra Singh, necessarily have harassed me & stopped my car . Due to this incidence I could not reach to my doctor on time & I was facing complication due to pregnancy, also we showed my reports but they were so insensitive to even consider anything. This is to bring in your notice that we was challenged force lily by Haryana traffic police. As per the ruling I am using more 50% and 70% visibility in my car, but still without hearing anything, challeng was imposed on me.
There is no hearing for a common people in front of these traffic police they are imposing their own rule and regulation on the common people.
