No certificate, no books, assistance provided even after paying full fees in advance on course completion

This is Ashish Jain and I have joined HCL-CDC, Preet Vihar center (Contact no.[protected]in April 2009. The course which I registered myself was HCNE. Since then I have paid every semester fees in full in advance and taken all the exams and test. Even after passing all the tests and exams, I have not been issued any certificate and assurance on job placement.
They keep on asking more money and threatening...

Wrong Commitements, Incorrect Fees Charged, No Rendering of Service
Hi All,
I joined HCL CDC, Preet Vihar in Feb. 2009 and paid a sum or Rs. 13900. However, the valid fees for me was Rs. 11900 Only as I am an Employee of HCL Comnet and there was a Combo Scheme of RHCE + Ethical Hacking Courses for ust Rs. 13000. Being an HCL Employee 10% discount was offered to me. Yet, they incorrectly deducted Rs. 13900 while making transactions by swaping my Debit Card.
I have not got my Rs....
