[Resolved]  HCL CDC, Preet Vihar — No certificate, no books, assistance provided even after paying full fees in advance on course completion

Hi,

This is Ashish Jain and I have joined HCL-CDC, Preet Vihar center (Contact no.[protected]in April 2009. The course which I registered myself was HCNE. Since then I have paid every semester fees in full in advance and taken all the exams and test. Even after passing all the tests and exams, I have not been issued any certificate and assurance on job placement.

They keep on asking more money and threatening me to cancel my registration if I don't pay the hike in fees. I have an SMS from them for the same.

When I first joined this HCL, Mr. Vivek who was then the center manager (now center's Director) made me false promise of issuing RED HAT , CCNA, A+ and N+, EXCHANGE SERVER, NOTEBOOK, MSCE certificates on passing each exam, which they are saying no promise was made.

I am now in the last semester and they are not even allowing me to attend any internship sessions and asking me to work in HCL call center for 6 months without any pay as internship. Please not that my course or study is in networking not in call-center for taking calls.

Please suggest what should I do as they are keep on threatening to cancel my registration if I don't pay the hike in fees.
