[Resolved] HCL CDC, Preet Vihar — Wrong Commitements, Incorrect Fees Charged, No Rendering of Service | |
Hi All, I joined HCL CDC, Preet Vihar in Feb. 2009 and paid a sum or Rs. 13900. However, the valid fees for me was Rs. 11900 Only as I am an Employee of HCL Comnet and there was a Combo Scheme of RHCE + Ethical Hacking Courses for ust Rs. 13000. Being an HCL Employee 10% discount was offered to me. Yet, they incorrectly deducted Rs. 13900 while making transactions by swaping my Debit Card. I have not got my Rs. 2000 back yet. They are always saying that it is in process with the head office. Besides, the faculty didn't have any knowledge of the Books as designed by Red Hat. She was not able to answer any question and solve any problem. The manager and the faculty said that they could not go with the Books of Red Hat. Moreover, the faculty would not pay any attention to class. My course has been delayed until now and is not finished yet. I completed first 2 books somehow on my own and the 3rd book is still not convered at all. The then receptionist (Aparna) and the Center Manager (Vikram) said that they would provide me with the Dumps and Exam Study Materials. But the faculty said there was no such need and they didn't have any such exam matterial. I have been calling the concerned person (the center manager) Vivek today and he is not responding. Yesterday he said he would resolve the problem and would get my 3rd Book covered. But today he said I would have to speak to some other manager as he was not able to handle it. They are not responding and not providing me with any solution. Yesterday in the lab the faculty asked me to bring the DVD of Red Hat on my own and said that they were not supposed to provide it in the Lab. Most of the Units of the 1st and 2nd Books of RHCE were covered by me on my own and I transferred the knowledge to the faculty as she was not able to discuss anything on them. Red Hat Inc.-> How do you evaluate a center and grant priveleges for conducting Red Hat courses? It is a total fraud center! They make wrong commitments and don't care for any "Quality of Edution or Service". Their Domain Knowledge if Zero or Very Low. They are really impotent enough to train any students. Guys! Don't join HCL CDC, Preet Vihar. However, per my experience at HCL CDC, Noida was great as they provided us with excellent quality of education service when I went through a Coporate Training along with my other colleagues. That gave me a false impression of that the same quality would be maintained at ther Centers of HCL CDC. Such institutes are there just to make money and get hard earned money of people. Today (18th Feb., '10) I had a meeting with the concerned persons of the Head Office of HCL CDC, F19, Noida. I had a discussion with them on the issue posted by me. They also discussed seperately with the Concerned Management and the Concerned Faculty of HCL CDC, Preet Vihar, and came up with a solution taking into account their Commitment Towards Quality Education and Student Satisfaction that soon they would refund my Rs. 2000 (which was mistakenly charged) and that I would have my training session soon.

i joined hclcdc preetvihar delhi aug.2009, i paid 10000 first fees and 30000 paid manthly fees. my course was over. and center manager not give me my certificate. he said to me your course is not complete. the facuilty not good no knoldege of books.

i join HCL cdc and paid around 3000RS for the course .net dat is for 2 month summer training. The head of dis center told me dat during d course of time u will provided d study material wid project and training certificate. I joined it but from d day first to last day i didn't get any study material even d classes were not regular...dis people waste my 2 month and of-course money n today around 3 month up from d last day of my training dat is on 30th july i didnt get my training certificate yet .. they promise me to send my certificate at my resident but it not happen so yet. When my sister went there to ask about my certificate they refused to give .
Plz take some action soon other wise i will register complaint against dis institute and HCL too

Being an HCL employee, we have gone all extremes to cover up classes as and when he was coming and the way he wanted his classes.
We have records to show and prove that all alegations are false. I can be reached on [protected] for any clarification and complain resolving.
Would request consumer complaints to have a system where complaints are verified and then posted.
