I logged a request for battery replacement, since more than 15 days. But no one has responded to it yet.I complained thrice to the customer care but every time i got a message that "your complaint has been attended", without the battery replacement.Everyday I used to call 2 to 3 times a day to the customer care and evey time get a false promise from the customer...

I'd HLL's Pure- IT water purifier, and same is requires battery replacement. Calling up the sales executive and toll free number for last 2 months, nobody turns up. For battery they are constantly telling that it will be done with in 3 working days and till date there 3 WORKING DAYS yet to come. Then why such products are sold in the market by a rewoned companty like Unilever.
