I am a resident of Bangalore. I have my mother staying in Pune and wanted a replacement for the Battery. The people from Hundustan Lever cam after a week of me calling them .
They came, fixed the new battery, and demanded Rs.565. On asking for the bill they refused to give it and said they will give it the next day. On refusing the money and saying that it will be paid only after the bill is produced, (The last time as well the same thing happened and they NEVER turned up the next day with the bill)
When my mother refused to give the cash, they remover the battery.
I need a solution to this ASAP.

i called the Puriet helpline number but no body received the call. we bought our puriet less than 1 year back but it stopped filtering water in some 8 months. when we pour water, it does not get filtered and collected below. i need someone to come to my house immediately and check the problem and do the needful.
