I GAVE MY HONDA CIVIC CAR FOR REPAIR ON 25TH DEC 2010 TO ACE HONDA NOIDA,AND TILL DATE NO ADVANCEMENT IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS HAS NOT BEEN DONE TO MY CAR. PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE COMPANY.
THE LAME REASON WHICH IS GIVEN TO ME EVERY TIME I CONTACT IS THAT THE SPARE PARTS AREN'T AVAILABLE.
I GUESS ITS A MULTINATIONAL COMPANY SO HOW COME THERE IS A LACK IN THE VEHICLE PARTS IN INDIA!!!!!

I own a hondacivic 1.8 SMT bought on 6/4/2008.have driven only 28000 km in 3 years.last week there was some noise while driving so showed it to arya honda.the engine mount needs replacement costs 7500/-is what the service dealer says.this is due to the low ground clearance.this is not the consumer's fault and is due to a faulty design by honda civic.Honda is cheating customers who get taken in by the pretty look of the car but do not...

I had given my Honda Civic Car to Ring Road Honda for servicing in Jan end 2010. I paid Rs 1650/- + 10% Service tax + 12.5 % VAT only for interior dry cleaning of my car as I was told by Ring Road Honda that they have a special cleaning by 3M & it is highly recommended. I totally agree with you. I own Honda Civic 2007 model and its making the same irritating sound over and over again when its raining. The risky thing is that it doesn't even clear the view so its really not possible to drive when its raining.

I am about to complain about this in the newspaper if the Honda people are not going to solve the problem soon....
