I purchased hosting on 22nd nov 2018 and they didn't sent me server information. I contacted their live chat person and they said you can cancel order and refund will be processed.

Hostgator promises 99.99% uptime but it doesn't seems to keep that promise anymore. I am really facing big downtimes with them.
