Ecrtn transaction deducted

Address:Bangalore

There was an ECRTN deducted from my ICICI Bank account for no reason listen
₹598/- and ₹587/- on 11th September and ₹98/- on 12th September.

There was no email/message with reasoning or message of this transaction.

This is not the correct way.
Why has this been deducted?...

Transaction charges

Today an amount of Rs354 has been deducted from my account
i dont know why this amount had been deducted before this never such amount has been deducted from my account...

Incorrect DMC DP charges

Today I noticed that ICICI bank has deducted Rs. 826 from my account with the description DMC DP Charges. When I tried to google it and understand what it is, I learned that it's Demat account charges which I am not even using. This is fraud done by the bank, and the surprising part is that you don't get an SMS alert for this transaction, we get to know only when you check the statement....

Bad Banking Experience

In the year 2014 I was a student of NIIT Jalpaiguri centre and they opened me an ICICI Bank account for the purpose of National Yuva Jyoti course. After that I haven't used that account from last 10 years. Recently I got a mail from ICICI bank that my account is in dormant state and I have to re activate that account. Unverifiable Transactions

Dated 6 july, I am seeing two transactions which should not have been there. The amount deducted are 590 and 132.16 on the below mentioned details:

Deduction of unauthorised amount from my account

10000 rs were debited from my account with the below details.
ICICI Bank Acc debited Rs. 10, 000.00 on 02-Jul-24 InfoEBA*MFP-85068.

I am an NRI, I am holding Saving account[protected] and NRI account[protected] Cuddalore, TamilNadu. now my Saving account is inactive/ freezed. I wrote mail to [protected]@icicibank.com, they responded that they will call to my Korea mobile number and gave a reference number for my query-unique identification number is[protected]. but no body called me my NRO account is frozen for more than one month.

    I have been deducted with 826 rs on 6/1/24 under the name of DMC dp charges till April but 2 months hack i told to deactivate my trading account after deducting my membership charges but again you guys are deducting money

      Hi, I am Sahil Goyal, an ICICI Bank customer. I have had a saving account in ICICI Bank for almost 4 years. I noticed they deducted 15.11 Rs on 20th May for the first time in the name of ECSRTN Charges. On the next day, they deducted 10 Rs. on 21st May for the same reason.

      On March 14, 2024, at 9:51 pm, Rs. 140 was deducted from my ICICI Fastag. But my car was at home (Iffco Colony, Kasturinagar). After deduction, I have complained twice, but they don't refunded me that deduction. It is deducted from the UTHMAN toll plaza, I think, which is located in Rajasthan. But I was at Iffco Colony Kasturinagar at that time. I have attached the sms proof and I have also complained the next day, as you can see in that attachment

        I purchased a used car and the first owner is not closing his fastag account(Majhal Ahmed[protected].

        I was using a temporary fastag with my engine number (K12MN12548) as suggested by icici employee at the time of new fastag purchase. Now my fastag is blocklisted.

        Explained this to their customer service and provided all supporting documents such as name transferred RC copy, PAN etc

        Still no proper response and I am paying twice the amount in every toll.

        Cannot update old fastag, cant use my new fastag as well.

          Unable to operate icici bank account, it was due for KYC. While there was no message, no communication from ICICI bank that I will not be able to operate mobile app till KYC done. Suddenly iMobile app stopped all operations and it caused significant inconvinence.

          Call[protected] ICICI bank customer care, spoke to manager Chirinjivi he was stating as per process still KYC is not done i will not be able operate iMobile applicaion as per ICICI bank process. WHen asked for process, he said he does not have any process document available, nor message sent to user. it caused significant impact on my day to day activity.
