ICICI Bank — Multiple transaction with deduction of amount by name of ecsrtnchg

Hi icici team
Today i have transferred 3500rs amount in my icici bank account for paying my emi of app based loan provider navi. But after creation of my account suddenly some deduction makes from the bank with name ecsrtnchg... And multiple transactions with amount of 590, 585.67. I already paid my every emi before due date but i have no idea that auto debit is activated and not informed by bank also that i have penalized by some amount because of auto debit. Now today i want to pay my emi but my whole amount deducted by bank on the name of auto debit. I am very tensed how can the bank do this with anyone without any information about penalty. Icici bank please look into this and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
