There is problem in issuing refunds from the Asst-Year 2008-09 to Asst-Year 2012-13 in one case. We did not receive Intimations from the said year till 2011-12. Only received intimation for Asst-Year 2012-13 which is also not correct, they simply adjusted earlier year not supported demands. For which I have to pursue personally with local jurisdictional officer of Income tax Department (Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada). The case belongs to ... PA...

I have submitted my TDS return document for the year of[protected] in December 2011.But it is almost 15 month that I do not get any refund.My PAN no is AOBPC1570L.I want to know the current status of the refund and how much time it will take to refund.
