I have purchased 2 independent tv connection earlier known as Big tv now they have stopped all services since last months earlier customer care executive informed that after 17th June 2019 service will be available after 18th they informed that from 3rd of July service will be resumed now even after 5th July nothing has been done so far and now even customer care no is not working. Indipendent tv has done fraud with their customers....

With due respect i request you to refund my 1999/- rs ammt of subscription of independent tv dth. This dth service is fail to serve us even from february 2019. Lagging channels, star channel disappear, then came again, then again lagging problem, then disappearance of zee and color channel and at last shutting of all channels with shutting of office and customercare also. No prior intimation of any act done by them and giving false dates....

I have complain about set top box error, but still this is pending since last 50 days. I had called 6 time there is no response from independent tv. Very poor service.
