It seems like a scam company to me. I had ordered a mobile phone from nokia in black colour and i received a cheap yellow colour made in india phone from neo company instead. I could have let go of the fact that it's not nokia but quality of the phone which i received is worse than a toy phone or dummy phones. Also it came to me in polythene bags. Which company sends mobile phone in polythene bags??? Inspite of repeated emails for refund...

I purchased a phone online thru indiaeshop.com (Ordered for nokia n-8110)
Where they have not mentioned the brand nor technical specifications of the phone. When i received the phone i was shocked to find that i was a brand called "black zone". And on top of this i got the parcel without a manual which the so called cheating company claimed to have enclosed in the box.

Hence i request you to stop / debar these fake manufacturing...
