Indian Bank - Call Centre Service

I wanted to enquire about the NEFT service and so I called the call centre (Number:1800 425 1400) on June 4th 2009 @ around 9:15 pm . A maniac called Shiva answered the call and I explained him both in Tamil and English about my requirement. He was not interested in talking to me, moreover he did not have any answer to my query.
Finally he disconnected the phone and I believe displaced the receiver. I couldn't reach him again.
This is how the so called Customer Care Call Centre Service is.
My advice is that Indian Bank should really work on this to retain its customers.

Indian Bank - ATM NOT DISPENSING CASH, BUT AMOUNT WAS DEBITED

DEAR SIR,
LAST FRIDAY WAS VERY RAINY IN BANGALORE AT NEARLY 8.00PM, AT THAT TIME I WAS USED CATHOLIC SYRIAN BANK ATM ID:CSBN033002 TO TAKE RS.200, BUT I GOT SYSTEM ERROR FROM THE ATM, AND AGAIN I TRIED WITH RS.300 I AGAIN GOT SYSTEM ERROR AND I DID'NT GET ANY CASH FROM THE ATM BUT OTHERS ARE GETTING CASH.
ON NEXT DAY I CHECKED MY INDIAN BANK A/C NO(76899094), THAT 2 TRANSACTION FROM CSB ATM AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY A/C.
I NEED HELP, WHAT TO DO? PLEASE.

In our village(kurinjipadi, Cuddalore District),the only nationlized bank is indian bank,as per RBI rules they have to provide loan for the student with the verification prerequested document but they are not providing the loan.We are suffering a lot....

Indian Bank - Unable to register Debit Maestro Card for Secure Internet Payment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am customer of Indian Bank. I am having my debit maestro card with me from more than last two years.
Now I want to shop online from this debit card.
But when I am going to register my debit card with Secure Internet Payment (Verified by VISA on website - https://cardsecurity.enstage.com/ACSWeb/EnrollWeb/IndianBank/main/index.jsp) I am getting the error that the provided debit card number is not valid.I have tried at least for 50 times.

I have contacted to the Branch where my account is present, but they are not getting. Also, people...

Indian Bank - Net Banking account not yet activated

Sub:Regarding netbanking account activation

I am Sudha from Kamineni Hospitals,L.B.Nagar,Hyderabad,having account since 2 1/2 yrs and wants to use netbanking facility.Mr.Nayak gave me user ID and Password and told me they will be activating in an hour.i checked it to pay my mobile bill,it was not activated.this happened exactly 1 week back. from that day i am calling Mr.Nayak at koti mainbranch to solve this problem.

on saturday he told it will be activated by sunday morning.but it is not.yesterday...
