I have SB account with Indian Bank (N Usman Rd Br) on 9th April i recd a msg saying request timed out when i try to withdraw Rs.5000 from HDFC then i went to Union Bank of India ATM i recd the same msg no money was recd. around 9.30pm i went to Indian Bank to withdraw Rs. 5000. i recd the money but the balance got reduced to the extent of Rs.10000. i spoken to customer care. they said you have to give ur complaint...

Today i visited one of your indian Bank Branch at Puzhal (code 1712), i entered in to bank 11 am for taking a DD of Rs.850.00, it tooks almost 2 hrs to get a DD, i received DD in my hand at 1.15pm, i saw No Customer Service, no response for customer. I had taken the loan with the OCC facility from the Indian Bank Anand Branch (Gujarat). Due to my pyhsical problem on those day i occured huge losses in my business and i can't able to re-pay my loan, for that i had requested sevral time to the bank to give some relaxsation to re-pay the loan in instalments but Manager doesn't care, but now the bank is going to take possesion of our residantial property....
