We have our store of indian terrain in pune phoenix marketcity mall. The issue is that the buttons of edc machine are not working properly and the same is complainted by our customers. So we need to exchange with a new machine.

Hi team,

I purchased clothes from indianterrain.com website and paid amount using credit card.
Later on i cancelled order before they shipped the clothes.

It's been more than 15 days i cancelled the order and yet amount has not been refunded to my account.
