Cable service

We won't get proper channels inspite of timely payments and mostly the channels are showing bad signals and complaint to our cable provider he's reverting us that some repairing work is going on and sometimes he's not responding to our calls. He has also taken amount for new setup box a year before but not provided us with the same yet. Hence requesting to kindly solve our issue as early as possible....

We also have free channels to send channels that are available for free channels, but we have prepared for the extra charge that we have not yet received the cable provider, but we have been able to pack them, we have given you a lot of money... Trai to say all
Free to air 530 channels, i can choose any of the cable providers for the channel that has not been... Then you can help me... Please help me all these channels should be free...

disconnect the cable without information

Dear Sir, I am using indigital cable service from March 2012, my STB No: [protected].Last week I contacted there customer care regarding the disconnection of services without any reason and inspite of rigourously contacting them there was no resolution and my cable was disconnected for more than 10 days. Now when I am paying 150 rs instead of 200 rs subscription fees, as their was no service provided for almost 10 days they denying...
