I had ordered crocs/clog from this website on 1st may paid from phonepe and still there is no message or call about the product this just didn't happened with me, many people ordered from this website and company fraud to consumer, I had ordered 2 pairs of crocs at rs998 on 10th may and there is no ordered and product details about this and no response or contact details about the site they are scamming from Instagram and from their website......

This is a fraud company. They accepted payment through google pay and never delivered the product neither they responded to the complaint i had raised with them. They do not have any phone support.

Please take action so that they don’t scam more.

Company didn't respond after receiving money. Pls get my money back if possible and cease that website....

Even i was been scammed by this website and now i am filing a case against them on consumer forum, as i can see many of them have been scammed as me.
Please let me know if you wanna join with me....

I placed the order on Sat, Apr 9 on the website-Infinitydeal.in and paid Rs. 638 which was shown as including shipping charges. I have sent the email to [protected]@infinitydeals.in
but no response from them till now and no email or msg on the confirmation of the order.

As I see many have already reported this as a scam site and they are frauds.

please help in getting my money back by placing the complaint...

I found this page on Instagram 'thefootwear.co' who even has a website 'infinitydeals.in'.
I had ordered products worth 1.7k and they even charged me another 0.3k for delivery.
These frauds take your money and don't respond to your mails nor do they respond on Instagram or have any contact number.
Even with so many people reporting them the website is still up and running. I am stunned!

Despite of so many complaints I don't know why any actions hasn't been taken on this company and Instagram is supporting this company as well.. this company is a big fraud, trying to cheat upon innocent people and their hard earned money. Yes people might have got a little excited looking on the offer they r giving. But those who actually can't afford might think this is true, and they can get shoes at a cheaper rate. Also review on the website...

I order crocs name - specialist II vent white unisex clog. Till now they didn't give any update to me and responding my mail . They are doing fraud with peoples ....

I have done my order payment through gpay and shipping payment through phone pe but after payment there is no confirmation from tha company and no response till now kindly check my complaint......
