I was a cutomer of icc cable, fatima nagar, pune branch. I submitted back the set top box on 13th sep 2021 and cleared all the dues. Icc cable is supposed to refund me my security deposit of 1000 rs but they have not done it.
I have been calling them since then and atleast 30 time i spoke over phone but nobody is entertaining.
Please give me my security money back...

Have been asking for invoices for payments i have made for this year. The company refuses to give any invoice. After payment of bill it sends no invoice in email to in paper. Upon taking to them on their support center, i sent my wife to your bhawani peth office to check with mr. Asif to collect invoices. The staff misbehaved and called her a "liar"! That no such conversation happened and refused to give any invoices...

The marketing guys of this company come and convince us that the internet is the best in the area and all the big companies are using it, they lure us into paying for a year in advance with offers of free internet and free installation but the internet almost never works and they keep making stupid excuses. It has been only 2 months and they refuse to give me my money back even though they are clearly not able to provide me with internet...

I have paid 13600 rs for 6 months that of wifi Internet service to Intermedia cable communication pvt lto company in March 2016. I am getting wifI service since last 1.5 months and no one inight the customer car dept is picking up my phone or responding back.
