I have paid 13600 rs for 6 months that of wifi Internet service to Intermedia cable communication pvt lto company in March 2016. I am getting wifI service since last 1.5 months and no one inight the customer car dept is picking up my phone or responding back. I have been calling their manager Mudassar so many times but he doesn't respondo back. Then today he told me that he will resolve the problem in 30 mins but it's been 4 hours. Problem still not solved. All false assurances. Fake people and they are just harassing their customers. Please guide me. My email id is [protected]@johri.com

Hi, since last four days i am following up with Inter media cable communication Pvt Ltd local office officials but there was no response from their side. not even customer care executive taking responsibility to resolved issue. they are just forwarding calls to one office to another office. officials behavior is very unprofessional.
