Poor customer service from the service div of Jaguar Pipe fittings

I had done a complaint to Jaguar for my censor tap, which stopped working since 10th august 2013.
Tried calling customer service, but not reachable and done online complaint registration no. 155971 dated 12/08/2013.
I didn't received any call from the service div of Jaguar until 17th of August and finally I called their Kochi office and requested them to send the service staff without further delay.

I,Mrs.Deepti Gupta,596 sec-39,chd road,nr.secred heart convent school,ldh.[protected].i hav complaint regarding the jaquar sencor tap it is in gurrenty period it is nt working frm last four five days nd the dealer over here is nt attending our complaints nd nt attending the calls m facing lot of problms by this, get me a imidiate solution,.,,,.,.,....
