Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we are residents of Chanakya Puri-I, Kanpur Road, Lucknow 226023 near Mahi Diagnostics street. I have given a 1st written complaint at Jal Nigam on 29/12/2020 by stating that water coming from the water line is really muddy and unhygienic, which we can't use to drink. We have given this complaint with the signatures and acceptance of approx 10 to 15 persons of our area, but no resolution...

For last 4 days pump is not getting water in full quantity to suck and sucking water by gaping i.e low & low down. However a new pump is installed to the connection. Due to this reason pump is not sucking water in full quantity and which resulting water is not being lifted and could delivered to the water tank and consequently we are suffering water crises badly. Also dirty water is coming from the supply.

I reside at A-1/11, Sector-H, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024. My side plot i.e a-1/10, Sector-H, Aliganj, Lucknow-226024 is lying un-constructed for last 30 yrs or so and the owners place any of their workers etc. Therefore their is always some nuisance for us. 3/4 days back they dug up a trench for laying cable and in the process damaged drinking water pipe line. I desperately wants to know about that you don't need water to survive,,,
last two days the supply of water is been blocked and it i think this is not a small issue for everyone facing that problem. Eventhough, atleast if there is any problem is there in supply of water you should inform us before or you should arrange some other option so that this problem can not turn in to serious one,,...
