Jal Sansthan — Water Complaint

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that we are residents of Chanakya Puri-I, Kanpur Road, Lucknow 226023 near Mahi Diagnostics street. I have given a 1st written complaint at Jal Nigam on 29/12/2020 by stating that water coming from the water line is really muddy and unhygienic, which we can't use to drink. We have given this complaint with the signatures and acceptance of approx 10 to 15 persons of our area, but no resolution has been provided. Again we were followed up by calls. After a couple of days a team came into our area and analyzed things and changed the half water pipe only, we have provided all the necessary things/material used for the new connection line with our own pocket money, but did not find the proper solution. Still water came muddy and they completely damaged the road as well. Further we had given one more complaint dated 18/03/2021and also informed the officers about the condition of the water supply through whatsapp.but no one has come for the solution. Last but not the least i would like to come this in lite that it is a worst and pathetic behaviour by team and staff. No one is ready to give a single reply on this after multiple calls and complaints.

Request you to provide a proper solution for the same through which water can be drinkable by us. There are so many childrens, senior citizens and many more residing here and it's harmful for our life. So, it's my humble petition to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
