Service is very delayed...

I HAVE honda shine bike no MP09-NS 0709 using two year and we have two more activa from this distributor and taken AMC also but on 16-12-15 i gave bike for service and taken back one problem was generate that bike was automatically off in 1st gear.
i complain in next day he say that the petrol was not good so i waste around 500 rs petrol and take another petrol
next day again that problem seem in my bike he say left for one...

I feel so pity for the people who waits for 2-3 hours in service line, and still they don't even get a satisfactory service. Just like it happened with me. Parts like even a simple Main stand is never available at its store. I've checked it almost 5 times in a year, and because of that, they deny to take the bike for service at once. I really doubt, is it a real Honda outlet or just a bunch of fake businessmen running their cash printing...
