I HAVE honda shine bike no MP09-NS 0709 using two year and we have two more activa from this distributor and taken AMC also but on 16-12-15 i gave bike for service and taken back one problem was generate that bike was automatically off in 1st gear. i complain in next day he say that the petrol was not good so i waste around 500 rs petrol and take another petrol next day again that problem seem in my bike he say left for one day i left and take it on evening problem was remain same again customer care executive phone was come for service i complain him he says to meet mr dhakad i met him and i make job card file attached after two days no any phone come i call to kasliwal he give reply that bike have expenses around 2000 rs for service so plz reply before service there no problem in bike but after service problem generate kindly resolve matter no [protected] nitin jain Was this information helpful? | |||

I gave my activa for servicing at kasliwal honda and was told to come by 3 p.m. but the servicing was not done due to which i had to waste 1 hour. pathetic

The services are very slow.
They always put everyone in a queue.
