So today i went to the store at 5pm after a busy schedule travelling from delhi to hyderabad. Today being mayday, i contacted the staff and went.

Generally so far I had a very great opinion about Lalitha Jewellery(Trichy) as I'm a regular customer of Lalitha's.
We purchased a gold chain on 29th Dec'2013 at the time of billing as usual I was asked to pen down my mobile no, address, email-id, signature for billing purpose, and so I did.
In the mean time, a Manager/Supervisor (Mr. K.Panneer Selvem...

Hi Sir/Madam,
I have ordered bracelet at Lalitha Jewellery mart for my sister's marriage on 05th January 2014. Sales rep Mr.Ramesh ([protected]) promised me to deliver bracelet in 20 days, but now near to 30 days crossed and they are still not sure when they can deliver. Their advertising wastage 7% for most of the jewel's, but i got billed for 9% wastage. Worst part is even if I call sales rep number he is not answering...
