Lalitha Jewelery Mart — poor managerial service exhibited by abm and bm

So today i went to the store at 5pm after a busy schedule travelling from delhi to hyderabad. Today being mayday, i contacted the staff and went.
After reaching the store proceeded towards the chit section. I couldn't pay for the month of april as i had a very busy schedule and the online payment date was crossed. The staff there named laxman id no: 7476 was polite enough to explain me the company policies. So i decided to contact the branch manager to sort out the matter.
The abm named ananth reddy (Id:7946) behaved with me in a very demeaning way. I asked him if there was any other alternative. He directly said no and was moving away. I needed the chit to be completed before due date december 27. But they said me that i had to wait for another month. I said i can't. I asked for quits. I said since i cannot wait for another month let me cancel the chit. To my surprise i see the abm readily agreed to cancel the chit and ordered the executive laxman to immediately cancel the chit without even a second thought that the company will be loosing a customer. He left. I was shocked since he being abm it is his duty to handle such situations in a professional manner, rather he just simply asked to cancel the chit. When i said him that you will be loosing a customer, he just said ur wish and left
Then another executive came and spoke to me in a very good way and dealt the situation very professionally. I paid the amount and searched for the b. M.
Once i explained the entire situation to him, rather than talking to his abm, he got furious on me and says that the abm has got 15 yrs of experience and termed me as the culprit here.
After a serious discussion they dint even apologize and asked me to leave.
I believe if the m. D is reading this, kindly get rid of such staff who cannot even handle an irate customer and their situation with professionality. They are really in pride of their position and do not care their customers. Since they're representing ur brand i would urge you to take necessary action on the staff so that they understand that every customer is important to their company. Such staff having high attitude and high ego needs to be first addressed cos if customers are not there, then lalitha isn't as well.
